Black Pepper Mutton
Whenever we make mutton recipes, the quality of the meat has to be fine and red. There are various versions of making mutton recipes and each region follows its own method and procedure but the outcome is always perfect. INGREDIENTS
1) Mutton
2) salt to taste
3) ginger garlic paste
4) black pepper
5) oil to garnish coriender
6) mint leaves
7)lemon
METHOD
1.Wash and soak mutton for some time.
2.take a pressure cooker and add mutton (1 k.g),salt to taste, and 3 big spoons of ginger garlic paste , black pepper 5 table spoons or depend on the your taste, oil and water (put the water double of the quantity) and put it on stove.
3.See to it that all water should be absorbed and mutton should be mashed properly.
4.after water is absorbed cook it for 15min on low flame and add coirender and mint leaves and last add lemon juice (1 lemon juice)
5. Eat it with hot paratha's.
