Smoothie breakfast
This healthy fruit bowl is a fantastic way to start your day.A smoothie is a thick beverage made from blended raw fruit or vegetables with other ingredients such as water, ice, or sweeteners. Eating your fruits and veggies is way better when they taste like dessert. And these smoothies would go perfectly with one of our healthy snacks.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1 teaspoon white chia seeds
50g mango, sliced
1/4 ripe banana, sliced
2 strawberries, sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons blueberries
1 tablespoon pistachios, chopped, toasted
METHOD
Step 1
Blend yoghurt, frozen berries, chia seeds and mango until smooth.Pour into glasses and garnish each with fresh fruits and dry fruits.
Step 2
Arrange banana, strawberries, fresh blueberries, pistachio on top. Repeat it until glass is full.
You can use your favourite foods for smoothies.
