Chia seeds breakfast




Healthy Chia seeds  breakfast with yoghurt

Healthy breakfast 



INGREDIENTS
125g  raspberries
250g  strawberries, hulled, sliced or quartered
1 banana, sliced or chopped
2 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup walnuts, toasted
2 cups  Sweet & Creamy Yoghurt
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 table spoon oat
(some fresh fruits and dry fruits and milk,  if you want)
METHOD
Step 1
Combine the raspberries, strawberries, banana and honey in a bowl. Crumble the walnuts into smaller pieces and add the bowl. Toss lightly to combine.
Step 2
Put some yoghurt in glass, add some oats then add mix fruits on it. Last put chia seeds on it. 
Layer the fruit mix, alternately with the yoghurt and chia seeds in four glasses or bowls to serve.
You can make this glasses or bowls at night for next day breakfast. Also, you can add some milk in these servings, if you want.Tasty and healthy breakfast is ready.
