Tasty Noodle salad


                       Tasty Noodle salad 

INGREDIENTS
1;;1/4 cup salt-reduced soy sauce
2;;2 tablespoons caster sugar
3;;2 teaspoons finely grated ginger
4;;400g  chicken breast, thickly sliced
5;;180g  noodles
or
1/2 pound thin spaghetti
6;;1 carrot, peeled, cut into long matchsticks
7;;1/2 cup coriander leaves
or
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
8;;some other vegetables as you like 
9;;salt and pepper 
METHOD 
Step 1
Combine the soy sauce,  sugar and ginger in a saucepan over medium heat. . Cook for 3-4 mins or until the sauce thickens slightly.
Step 2
Place the chicken breast in a shallow bowl. Add half the sauce and turn to coat. Set a side for 15 mins to marinate. After 15 minutes fry it and cut into pieces. 
Step 3
Meanwhile, Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti or noodles and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside
Step 4
 Add the  carrot, coriander and reserved cooking liquid. Toss to combine.
Step 5
Heat a chargrill or frying pan on high. Cook the chicken breast for 2 mins each side or until heated through.And cut into pieces. 
Step 6
Combine the spaghetti, sugar , peppers,  chicken breast pecesand vegetables in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the spaghetti mixture. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and the parsley or coriander and toss together.
